Farro Bowl with Salmon and Asparagus: In this farro and salmon recipe, fish is cooked in a miso-infused broth with crisp asparagus and sautéed leeks. Start with a full cup of grains and reduce the cooking time to 15 minutes if using "pearled" farro, a faster-cooking farro. To clean the leeks, trim the green tips and white roots and divide them lengthwise. To remove any sand or soil, swish it around in a large basin of water. Rep till no more grit remains.
